 When I tell people about my physical therapy journey, I tell them about Cornerstone. I have been through over ten years of PT and was never satisfied, until I met Tom at Cornerstone. When I first came to see him, I was told by numerous doctors that I needed a spinal fusion. With Tom’s commitment to me and my determination and consistency, I not only avoided surgery but can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. After I was out of acute pain, I began to work with Erin to build inner core strength. She taught me that even though there may be back pain, you can still continue to build whole body health. I refer everyone to them and am continuing on my journey toward health!

Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a great, friendly environment with extraordinary professionals who know their business and know how to maximize your recovery. I have had many knee operations and have had experience with many therapists. These guys are the best. I had a TKR (total knee replacement) this summer and was experiencing lots of pain and felt nervous anticipating more pain with PT. My first session with David Balsley was great. He made me feel at ease and had a way of stretching, touching my knee before bending and gently straightening it that helped ease the pain. The staff at Cornerstone all work together as a team. I've seen all four therapist, David, Tom, Chris and Sasha and they are terrific.
